Sylan brings timeless beauty to 100 Longwater Avenue and 100 Brook Drive, Reading.
100 Longwater Avenue and 100 Brook Drive, Reading are home to one of Sylan’s latest washroom projects. The modern, commercial office buildings have seen recent renovations and required luxurious washrooms to complement the rest of the buildings’ high end refurbishment.
Working alongside main contractors Wren Construction and experienced installers T-IPS Washrooms Ltd, Sylan Veneer cubicles in American White Oak were selected for all the washroom areas. The timeless beauty of the light American White Oak ensures the washrooms remain bright and spacious whilst offering complete privacy for users. All of Sylan’s beautiful Veneers are all sourced from responsible and sustainable forests and certified by the Forest Stewardship Council.
As well as male and female toilet areas, the modern buildings are also home to gender neutral super loos. This self-contained style of washroom houses the WC and hand washing facilities within the one cubicle, ideal to maximise space.
Within the washroom cubicles we supplied the bespoke Solid Surface tops and integral sinks to the hand washing facilities.
Within the main washroom areas, co-coordinating Solid Surface washtroughs and base cupboard units were supplied. Solid Surface washtroughs are both stylish and practical. Manufactured from an advanced composition of minerals and acrylic polymer, our Solid Surface material is renowned for its exceptional durability and beauty.
With hygiene at the top of the agenda, Wren Construction fitted sensors to the door kick plates to allow people to open them without touch and integrated soap and drying options were used to avoid unnecessary touch contact. Bold chevron tiling and impressive mirrors with LED lighting complete the luxurious, high end washrooms.
